Dial An Exchange is an independent exchange company. We work for the
individual timeshare and holiday property owner. By offering personal
service and excellent value for money, Dial An Exchange has become a
leader in the holiday home exchange business.
Dial An Exchange started in Australia in 1995. The operation was
extended to Europe in 1999, when a business was opened in the UK. The
Australia/New Zealand business is owned and managed by Francis Taylor
and Marc Chouniard. The European business is owned and managed by Philip
A. Green. Customers are treated as individuals and offered a friendly,
helpful, personal service.
Our objective is to offer world-wide opportunities for our members
(customers) to take interesting exchange holidays in quality
accommodation.
We operate a "bank" of weeks in holiday properties. Members deposit
weeks into the "bank" that they do not wish to use themselves. In return,
they get a "credit" valid for three years from the date of deposit,
which can be used to "withdraw" any week out of our system, on payment
of the exchange fee. These withdrawn weeks can be used
for their own holidays or given to family and friends.
The majority of Dial An Exchange members are owners of timeshare
apartments. However the owners of managed holiday properties (cottages,
gites, villas, condos, townhouses and apartments) can now benefit from
the same exchange service that has been available to timeshare owners
for many years. This helps to increase the variety and number of
destinations available for our entire membership base.
We are able to obtain holiday weeks for exchange in many other
countries such as USA, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, and South Africa
through our well established network of trading partners.
Dial An Exchange IS NOT part of the timeshare business. Dial An
Exchange exists to help people who have already bought timeshare and
holiday homes to make the best and most flexible use of their purchase.
