If we fail to find an exchange guest for weeks that have been deposited, we make them available to club members, and their family and friends for "last minute" rental at very low cost. (£99.00 GBP to £199.00 GBP per property per week dependent on season and size) These bonus weeks become available no more than 6 weeks prior to departure. You do not need to deposit a week to take advantage of these bonus weeks. However you do need to be a club member.
