Whether you have tickets for performances or not, the city is a spectacle to behold, with the cobbled streets jam packed with buskers, street artists, and live entertainment.
Ocean Apartments are situated in the fashionable Leith area of the city, occupying an enviable site on the waterfront of the Western Harbour. Just under three miles from the city centre, the apartments offer commanding views back towards the castle and Arthur's Seat in one direction, and across the Firth of Forth in the other. Ideally situated for visiting the Royal Yacht Britannia and the shops, restaurants and bars of Leith, the western Harbour provides a peaceful and relaxing environment to return to in the evening, while a bus can whisk you from the front door into the city centre within fifteen minutes.

Ocean Apartments provide all of the benefits of staying in the heart of Scotland’s Capital city, but without the cramped nature of a hotel room. The Visit Scotland 3 star graded apartments are very spacious, containing two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms benefits from an en suite bathroom, while a second family bathroom serves the rest of the apartment. Meanwhile, the apartment’s fully equipped kitchen provides all the comforts of cooking at home, with utensils and crockery provided, as well as a featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster. Adjoining the kitchen is an open-plan living room so that conversation can flow while meals are being prepared. Free Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the property, and if you didn’t bring your laptop, there is free access to a PC and the internet in the lounge area, as well as a DVD library.

By Car, follow the A1 from the south of the city, signed to Portobello and Leith. Continue onto the A199 to Leith, crossing the river and continuing past the Scottish Executive, onto the A901. Continue past Asda supermarket, and turn right at the roundabout onto Newhaven Place. Follow this road until it becomes Western Harbour Drive, and Ocean Apartments are on your left on the corner of Western Harbour Midway.
If Arriving by train, take Lothian Buses no.10 from Edinburgh Waverley Station. The bus stop is located on George Street: To get to George Street, walk up Waverley Bridge, cross over Princes Street, walk up North St Andrews Square, past the Sainsbury's on your left. George Street is the first street that you will cross. The bus stop is located opposite the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Please note that for security purposes, at check in Ocean Apartments will require debit/credit card details. Please have these available when checking in. There will be no charge to your card except in exceptional circumstances if there is significant damage to the apartment.
Late check-out is available through to 14:00 hours at a cost of £10 per hour.
