3. The data you provide can include, but is not limited to, your name,
address, phone number, email address, details of holiday property owned,
details of purchase made and credit card used. You provide this data on
joining Dial An Exchange (the holiday property owners club) or on making a
purchase from us.
4. We will use the data you provide to issue regular newsletters with
special offers of interest to you, by both email and post. If you do not
wish to receive such communications, please notify us at the above address
or by email at info@dialanexchange.com. We may also very occasionally
telephone you to request information.
5. If you are a timeshare owner, and deposit a week or weeks with Dial
An Exchange, we will contact your resort management company to verify your
ownership, that your maintenance fees are paid, and that such weeks have
not been allocated to any other person or company.
6. When you make a reservation with Dial An Exchange, we notify your
destination resort or holiday property owner of your name, address and
phone number. We do not disclose your holiday property ownership details.
7. After your holiday, if you return the optional comment and feedback
form to us, then we may pass on your comments to the relevant resort
management or holiday property owner, in the interest of maintaining a
high standard of holiday.
8. We may provide your data to other offices of Dial An Exchange for
internal use. These offices are currently located in Switzerland,
Queensland Australia, New Zealand and San Diego California USA. All these
offices are registered with their national equivalent of The Data
Protection registrar.
9. When you use the links section of the dialanexchange.com web site,
you leave the area controlled by Dial An Exchange Ltd. Whilst we make
every effort to provide you with links to high quality reputable web
sites, these are not under our day to day control.
