The Cottage is located in a tranquil setting, ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday. Babes Cottage has delightful panoramic views over undulating countryside. It is situated at the end of a quiet lane, within a working farm, yet within easy reach of Goonhavern Village, which offers local amenities including Post Office, Shops, General Store, Public Houses etc.
The surfing beaches of Newquay and its golf course are only seven miles away and the Cathedral city of Truro is only nine miles. The Eden project is twenty miles away. This is an excellent location for touring the whole of Cornwall.

Babes Cottage offers charming characterful accommodation, having been the subject of complete restoration and transformation from period farm buildings. Babes Cottage, offers comfortable split level accommodation with beamed ceilings to the lounge area and original stone walls. The property is all on the ground floor, with open plan lounge/dining room with three steps to the kitchen area and a tiled kitchen floor. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet & basin.
The Cottage has ample parking, shared grounds and woodland. In addition to the gardens, there is also a two acre recreation area with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome, but must be kept under control at all times.
