Secluded waterfront home on one acre of sloping waterfront near the entrance to Pender Harbour, private (rocky) beach with dock. 2.5 hours from Vancouver, B.C. (by car and ferry). Ten minutes by car (3 minutes by boat) to small town of Madeira Park with grocery store, pharmacy, bank, bakery/cafe, gallery, gift store, etc. Also short drive or boat ride to restaurants/pubs. Boat/kayak rentals close by as well. Fishing, hiking, nature walks, cycling, golfing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, swimming (dive off our dock into the ocean - a little chilly but very refreshing - or go swimming at one of the numerous lakes close by - quite a bit warmer), diving, snorkeling, tour of local artist studios, visit nearby Sechelt & Roberts Creek, listen to live music, see a play, attend one of the many festivals, or just relax - bring a good book and sit out on our huge deck or curl up in front of the big fireplace in our living room.

Amazing views of the entrance to Pender Harbour, Malaspina Straight and the small uninhabited Skardon Islands for which our property is named. Dining room with antique dining room table and 6 chairs, living room with fireplace, stereo and TV/VCR (no television reception, but can rent movies close by), 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, sink and toilet, kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, 850 sq. foot deck, 40 ft. dock with private rocky beach.
