Shelburne has wonderful restaurants, pubs, museums, fine dining, gift shops, sea kayaking, galleries, and a beautiful waterfront complete with marina and performing theatre. Enjoy day trips to several different beaches, relax on the waterfront and watch the sail boats go by, try a guided sea kayak tour, bike local trails, go birdwatching, try fresh seafood, this is the Lobster Capital of Nova Scotia. Go golfing, relax at the Day Spa and enjoy a massage. Perfect for families or a romantic retreat. Visit in the Fall to watch leaves change color, breathe in and smell the salt air. Visit in the winter and try cross country or downhill skiing, kids and adults alike love to go sledding and enjoy a cup of hot chocholate after. Shelburne is located on the Lighthouse route in Nova Scotia and centrally located for day trips to historic Lunenburg, whale watching in Digby or just relaxing on a beach with a sandcastle.

Recently restored New England Colonial 3 bedroom, 2 level home in the historic waterfront district. Comfortably furnished with modern and antique pieces. Restored original wood floors throughout and high ceilings on first level. Partial views of waterfront from sunroom and yard. A 30 second stroll down the lane to the waterfront. Master bedroom on first floor with queen size bed, 2 bedrooms with double beds on second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffe maker, all utensils and cookware for dining in. Enjoy fresh seafood barbequed on the private deck. Dining room, living room with satelitte tv, VCR, movies, games, and sunroom. There is a very lerge bathroom with corner whirpool tub for relaxing and seperate shower. Fireplace, quilts on all beds, washer and dryer, all bed, bath and kitchen linens provided.
