The villa is set in a quiet complex of just eleven villas with full access to the nearby hotel where you can use their swimming pool, children's play area, restaurant and bar.
The renowned Calis Beach water park is just approx. 400 meters away with the beach just 100 meters beyond.
Calis Beach is a lovely area for families but if someone wants something a little more lively, then take the water taxi or Dolmus (minibus) to the nearby town of Fethiye for about sixty pence where you will find the marina and shops.

This picturesque villa, that will sleep up to nine people in comfort during your holiday in Turkey. Enjoy the comforts of home during your stay in this brand new, self contained home, for your holiday enjoyment which includes:- Kitchen, complete with washing machine, massive fridge freezer, full size cooker, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board etc. with cutlery and pots for up to ten people.
Dining area, open plan lounge which is beautifully furnished, including two settees and an arm chair, coffee table, wide screen satellite TV with DVD/CD player with a selection of DVD's and CD's.
A door which opens out on to a large balcony area with a further large balcony area from the kitchen door. Off the hall is a fully tiled toilet with washing facilities.
First floor has two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe with a further large bedroom with a single bed on the top floor.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, plus free air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge.
