Property Location: Bowling Green Farm at East Orchard in Dorset is a non-working farm located in the heart of the lovely Blackmore Vale. Set within eight acres of grassland, the bungalow and converted farm buildings have been converted into self catering holiday cottages. Ideally situated for those 'get away from it all holidays', away from the 'madding crowds', noisy towns and cities into the peace and quiet of the Blackmore Vale in Dorset.
Distance from town: There is a Public House/Restaurant two miles away. The nearest town with a range of amenities including supermarkets is four miles away. Bournemouth, Weymouth, Swanage, Dorchester, Longleat, Yeovilton, the Tank Museum and many more places including some of the best beaches in the country, are all within a 45 minute drive of East Orchard.
Area activities: Bowling Green Farm makes an excellent touring base for exploring the historic and picturesque English countryside, with the famous Roman and Georgian city of Bath just thirty miles away. Salisbury and Poole are also within twenty miles. A car is essential at this property to fully explore this lovely part of Dorset.

Bowling Green Farm is situated in East Orchard, south west of Shaftesbury and is approached off the B3091. Coming from Shaftesbury, follow the signs to Sturminster Newton and after approximately three miles at a crossroads, go straight ahead, signed East Orchard. Continue down this lane and Bowling Green Farm can be found on the right hand side, just after a lane heading off to the right.
