This contemporary sea front house provides the perfect holiday for friends and family. Instow is an unspoilt seaside village with large stretches of sandy beaches and dunes, fisherman's cottages, village shops and a good selection of pubs and restaurants specialising in locally caught seafood dishes. A fabulous location that has something for everyone, children will love the sandy beaches and the area is a must for watersports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail, which runs through the village. Golf available locally. Bideford, 3 miles, with town and family attractions. North Devon has many wonderful beaches and is well positioned for visits to Exmoor, Dartmoor and North Cornwall. Shops 500 yards, pubs 100 yards.

On the first floor there is a spacious lounge/dining area with French doors, wooden floors and balcony, kitchen/breakfast area, small games room, separate toilet and basin.
This unusual property has its bedrooms on the ground floor level, allowing the living areas to take full advantage of the views. The first floor balconies, which flood the kitchen and lounge with light, provide the perfect place to sit and relax. The terraced garden with paved and decked areas provides a great place for barbecues and sunbathing or for just relaxing in the hot tub.
