Your chance to buy wine with a difference via the Dial An Exchange Wine Club
Dial An Exchange recognise the importance that wine plays in many people's lives. Nowadays,
there are wines available to accompany virtually every type of food, to suit every occasion and
perhaps even to compliment every mood. But how many of us take a moment to think about how the wine
we consume is created?
What is in the wine?
Fundamentally great wine is as much about nurture as nature. By avoiding the use of chemical
treatments in the vineyard and promoting a diversity of flora and fauna the vineyard is all the
stronger for it and this shines through in the wines time after time. Many of the growers
represented by our partner Festival Wines have chosen to take this natural route partly as a
lifestyle choice but also very importantly to improve their wines.
Looking across the portfolio of Festival Wines' growers we see a spectrum with varying shades of
green. Some vineyards are going the whole nine yards, some beyond organics and are farming
Biodynamically: a system of farming which is self sustaining and working in complete harmony with
natures rhythms.
When a wine is termed Organic it is fully certified by a recognised certification body, when a
wine is described as natural, it is entirely that, a wine made according to organic principles but
without certification.
For Dial an Exchange members Festival Wines is proposing a very special introductory offer. A case
of 6 wines (6 or 12 bottle options), representing great value and a range of countries and styles.
