The holiday apartments at Passage House Club in Devon draw inspiration from the surrounding landscapes. The units are well appointed, totally self contained, beautifully decorated and some have wonderful views of the estuary. They are complimented with interior colour schemes of greys, greens, oatmeal, muted pinks and blues; a colour palette created and inspired from the surrounding landscapes.

On site is a modern and fully equipped fitness health club complete with indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, massage and aromatherapy. There is a fabulous choice of eating establishments at Passage House including, the Lighterman’s Restaurant, the Inn and the Vue Brasserie.

From the beautiful beaches of the South Devon coastline, to the rugged landscape of Dartmoor, there is plenty to see and do from a self-catering apartment Passage House Club.

The Passage House Club is in an ideal position to enable guests to enjoy the many beautiful and interesting sites of Devon. The coastline here is a combination of towering cliffs, pebble beaches, sandy coves and lovely bays. Try pony trekking, salmon fishing, walking or golf on rural courses.

To reach Passage House Club in Devon from Exeter Airport take the M5 towards Plymouth and the south and pick up the A380 to Torquay. Travel for approximately nine miles and then exit at the junction signed Teignmouth A381. At this junction you will also see signs for the racecourse and Kingsteignton. Take the slip road down to the roundabout and exit, following the signs for the racecourse and Kingsteignton. At the next mini roundabout turn left. The lane which leads to Passage House is just off Greenhill Way, on the left. Just over the bridge is where the Hotel and Apartments are situated. If you require further directions please contact the Resort. Reception is open :- Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm Saturday 8am - 8pm Sunday 9am - 1pm Please note:- if arriving outside of these times please checkin at the main hotel reception as this is open 24 hours.

At the end of your stay there will be an electricity charge which is fixed at £25. Dogs are welcome at the Resort at a charge of £40. There is an additional charge for Cots, Highchairs and Z beds. Please contact the resort if you have any difficulties with stairs. A late check out fee of £25 will be charged if you check out after 10am The charge for dogs will be£40 for one dog and an extra £10 per dog, per stay. The resort are undertaking some improvements to the health club between 23rd October and the end of Decemeber 2018 the sauna will only be open at certain times each day, please check with reception
